Almacantar es un álbum lanzado en 1986 bajo el sello Polydor por el grupo Eight Seconds, contiene 10 temas, del cual el primer sencillo, "Kiss You (When It's Dangerous)", alcanzó el puesto número 12 en las listas canadienses, el número 1 en Quebec y el número 72 en los Estados Unidos. Eight Seconds fue una banda de rock progresivo/synthpop formada en 1982 en Ottawa, Ontario, Canadá.
